1. General

These Terms govern use of thryvvox.com and its services. By browsing or ordering you accept them. Ukrainian law applies.

thryvvox.com (PE), EDRPOU 19174796, 15 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Published before any distance contract, per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiiu" No. 675-VIII vid 03.09.2015, st. 7 and Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" No. 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023, st. 8.

3. Site use

Use the site lawfully; do not disrupt it, copy content without permission or submit false data. Access may be suspended for breach.

4. Orders and public offer

Offers on the site are a public offer under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiiu" No. 675-VIII vid 03.09.2015; a contract forms when we confirm your order. Prices are in UAH and the price at confirmation applies.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses; liability that Ukrainian law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@thryvvox.com; we reply within 30 days. Under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" No. 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023 you may use out-of-court dispute resolution or court.

7. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh" No. 8153-IX vid 13.11.2024. Cookies and trackers are used only with your prior informed consent under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronni komunikatsii" No. 1089-IX vid 16.12.2020, st. 83.

8. Advertising

Advertising on the site is identifiable and not misleading, per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" No. 270/96-VR vid 03.07.1996.
